Having a reliable AdBlue tank reduces the risk of downtime and ensures continuous operation. Our depot and retail tanks are not only space-saving and cost-effective but are also built from the ground up for easy use and maintenance.
Each tank can be equipped with one or more dispensing nozzles, placed on the front or long side for optimal accessibility. Choose between nozzles for trucks, larger vehicles, or cars. This flexibility makes every AdBlue tank from MPP a long-term and secure investment.
The choice between a depot tank and a retail tank depends on your primary use. Here is a deeper comparison to help you make the right decision.
Our AdBlue depot tanks are the powerhouses intended for businesses that need to store larger volumes of AdBlue. They are built to withstand continuous use and form a central part of your logistics chain. An AdBlue storage tank from our range, from 1500–12000 L, ensures you always have a large buffer, reduces the frequency of deliveries, and enables efficient internal refuelling of your entire vehicle fleet. These tanks are perfect for transport companies, industries, and workshops with high consumption.
Our AdBlue retail tanks are designed with the customer in mind. They are ideal for petrol stations, tire workshops, or other businesses that sell AdBlue directly to external customers. These tanks are often equipped for easy self-service and can be adapted with payment systems to create a new source of revenue. They are also an excellent choice for businesses that want a dedicated, easily accessible AdBlue tank for a smaller vehicle fleet.
Every AdBlue tank we manufacture is built to last. We use high-quality, rotationally molded polyethylene (PE), a material known for its exceptional durability and chemical resistance. This guarantees:
The material is corrosion-resistant and seamless, eliminating the risk of leaks.
The tanks are treated to withstand UV radiation, extending their lifespan when placed outdoors.
Our tanks are designed to function optimally in a wide temperature range, and we offer solutions for frost protection when needed.
Our AdBlue tanks are suitable for a wide range of industries. Common applications include:
Choosing the right AdBlue tank size is crucial for cost-effectiveness. A tank that is too small leads to frequent refills, while a tank that is too large can tie up unnecessary capital.
Space-saving design: The extremely rectangular shape is a revolutionary design compared to traditional cylindrical tanks. It can be placed close to a wall or in a corner, maximizing your valuable floor space. This makes it the most space-saving AdBlue tank on the market.
Cost-effective: A robust and durable construction in polyethylene ensures a long lifespan with minimal maintenance. The efficient shape also reduces transport and installation costs.
User-friendly: Easy refueling, clear instruments, and logically placed controls make the system easy to manage for all operators, reducing the risk of errors.
Maintenance-friendly: Accessible components and a smart design simplify maintenance and service, guaranteeing high operational reliability over time.
An investment in an AdBlue tank from MPP is just the beginning. We see ourselves as a long-term partner and ensure that the entire process from order to operation is seamless and worry-free.
Professional installation

Service and maintenance
Our tanks are maintenance-friendly, but all systems need periodic checks to guarantee maximum operational reliability and lifespan. We offer service agreements tailored to your needs. This includes regular checks of pumps, nozzles, and hoses, filter cleaning, and functional tests of any heating elements. By proactively maintaining your AdBlue tank, you minimize the risk of unexpected downtime and costly repairs.

The use of AdBlue® is not an option for modern diesel vehicles—it is a legal requirement to meet strict emission standards like Euro 6. Having a correct AdBlue tank is therefore directly linked to your ability to conduct lawful business.
What does Euro 6 mean?
Euro 6 is a European emission standard that sets limit values for nitrogen oxides (NOx) from diesel vehicles. To reach these low levels, almost all new heavy vehicles and a growing number of light vehicles are equipped with SCR technology (Selective Catalytic Reduction), which requires AdBlue® to function.
Consequences of an empty AdBlue tank
A vehicle that runs out of AdBlue will not start. This is a safety feature to prevent the engine from running without the active reduction system. For a transport company, an empty AdBlue tank means immediate downtime, delayed deliveries, and lost revenue. A reliable AdBlue storage tank is therefore an insurance against these costly interruptions.
Your role as a business owner
As the owner of a vehicle fleet, you are responsible for ensuring your vehicles have constant access to AdBlue®. By investing in your own space-saving AdBlue tank, you take control of this critical part of your operation, ensure compliance, and protect your business from unforeseen stoppages.
AdBlue® is a chemical solution (32.5% urea in water) used in diesel engines with SCR technology (Selective Catalytic Reduction). It is sprayed into the exhaust gases to convert harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) into harmless nitrogen and water, which is a requirement to meet modern environmental standards (Euro 6).
This is a serious mistake that must be avoided. Putting AdBlue® in a diesel tank can cause serious damage to the fuel system, including pumps, injectors, and fuel lines. If this happens, DO NOT start the engine. The vehicle must be towed to a workshop for the system to be professionally drained and cleaned. Our clearly marked systems minimize the risk of this error.
Yes, our tanks are built to withstand the Nordic climate. AdBlue® freezes at approx. -11°C. Our tanks can be equipped with built-in heating elements and thermostatic control to keep the liquid in fluid form and guarantee availability even on the coldest days.
It depends entirely on your consumption. A truck consumes an average of approx. 1-2 liters of AdBlue per 100 liters of diesel. By analyzing your diesel consumption, you can calculate your AdBlue consumption and choose a depot tank with a suitable capacity.
An AdBlue tank is made of a material (polyethylene) that is specifically adapted for AdBlue. AdBlue® is corrosive to certain metals, including those often used in fuel tanks. Therefore, it is crucial to use a dedicated tank to guarantee the quality of the AdBlue and avoid damage.
Our tanks are equipped with either a visual sight gauge or an electronic level indicator that shows the fluid level in real time. For safety, the pump will also automatically shut off when the tank reaches its maximum capacity during a refill.
All diesel vehicles with SCR technology (Euro 6 standard and later) require AdBlue. This includes trucks, buses, construction machinery, tractors, and many modern diesel cars. If your vehicle has a separate blue cap marked AdBlue®, you need regular refills.
