Warranty terms – pta, sc/ts, and tt tanks
General
The manufacturer guarantees that all delivered tanks are free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
The warranty applies from the date of delivery for the specified warranty period, provided that the tank has been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable regulations.

Scope
The warranty applies to:
- Defects in materials, welds, or construction that lead to leakage, cracking, or structural damage.
- Corrosion-through caused by manufacturing or material defects.
- Free repair or, at the manufacturer’s discretion, replacement of the defective tank or component.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Paint, surface treatment, galvanization, or cosmetic defects caused by normal wear and tear, UV exposure, weather, chemicals, or handling.
- Damage caused by improper installation, transport, handling, accidents, overfilling, frost, vibrations, or other external influences.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Corrosion or damage resulting from contact with liquids, fuels, or additives that are not approved for the tank.
- Modifications, welding, or repairs carried out without the manufacturer’s written approval.
- Neglect of prescribed inspections or maintenance.
Terms and Conditions
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to tanks installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and applicable standards.
- Claims must be submitted in writing as soon as the defect is discovered.
- The manufacturer is not liable for consequential damages, operational interruptions, or indirect losses.
- During the warranty period, the manufacturer may request documentation of installation, maintenance, or use.
Warranty Action
If a defect covered by the warranty occurs, the manufacturer undertakes to:
- repair or replace defective parts, or at its own discretion, replace the tank with an equivalent model.
- Transportation and labor costs are reimbursed only by agreement.
Accessories
Accessories, pumps, and equipment are covered by a 2-year warranty.
