Safe handling of fuel – In construction and civil engineering, it is an advantage to have an ADR tank that can withstand tough conditions. For example, it should be burglary-proof, durable, and have a protective exterior. In addition, it needs to be easy to use and move, so that work can proceed as smoothly as possible. In other words, it pays to carefully consider your choice of ADR tank. Read more about our fuel tanks below, and do not hesitate to contact us if you want to know more or have any questions!
Customer Case
Transport Tank 3000 L
“MPP has a really good mobile solution that takes up little space in both height and width. Ordinary tanks are hexagonal, but MPP’s transport tanks are basically square. This means you can lift the tank from any side you want and get stackability. You also have room for more bulky items during transport as well as spare parts. Essentially, you can remove one truck from each transport, which means you can save thousands of kronor,” says Kjell Norman, foreman for mobile crushers in central Sweden at Skanska Industrial Solutions.
Skanska Industrial Solutions has collaborated with MPP for several years and has purchased a total of six transport tanks, four of which are in Västerås and two in Hallsberg. The two most recently purchased also have thicker plating to handle heavier loads. For the business, it is important to have reliable tanks that won’t be lost if, for example, they are out in the forest. They must withstand being out in quarries where there are many sharp stones.
“MPP’s transport tank enables safe lifting. You get a proper fork pocket to insert the forks into so they don’t slip. The tanks are also sealed all around and you only use one hatch on top when opening, filling, and draining. The tanks also have thicker plating that can handle more weight and reduce dents. The fact that the tanks are safe also means benefits for the environment,” adds Kjell Norman.
